We have ourselves participated in MBOs, bought and sold a variety of businesses, and invested in companies whilst working in acquisitive corporates, private equity houses, and fund management.

Thomas Hutchison McFadden

Thomas McFadden is a Stanford and Oxford educated lawyer who has been a member of the California and United States Federal Bars since 1988 and has worked in the legal sector in London since 1995.  After clerking for a United States Federal District Court Judge, Thomas has worked for Rogers & Wells in Los Angeles and for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in London before establishing an independent practice based on California.  He has advised hedge funds, start-up companies, venture capital funds as well as the legal workstreams of significant transactions and mergers drawing on his deep experience in law, private equity, derivatives and corporate finance transactions.
