Our senior team has over sixty years of experience in transaction and investment support. As well as advising, we are able to empathise with clients undertaking investment decions. We have ourselves participated in MBOs, bought and sold a variety of businesses, and invested in companies whilst working in acquisitive corporates, private equity houses, and fund management.

Sarah Charles, Advisor

Sarah brings over 30 years of strategy, advisory and transaction experience with a focus on the consumer and retail sectors. She combines an understanding of board level strategy with a practical, common-sense approach to delivering change. Formerly a Partner with KPMG, Sarah helps build high performing senior teams. She has advised on pre-deal and post-deal strategy including options for growth, organisation, commercial & operational due diligence, performance improvement, synergy assessment and post deal benefits realisation.
